Once activation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your control panel access details so you can start managing your hosting without delay.

New customers are eligible for a full refund if the hosting service is cancelled within 30 days of activation. Requests submitted after this period do not qualify for a refund.

This guarantee applies exclusively to hosting plans and does not cover additional services, domain registrations, paid SSL certificates, add-ons, or supplementary services.

All hosting plans include two distinct control panels, each serving a dedicated function:

• Plesk Control Panel (Technical Management)

Plesk is included with all plans and allows you to manage all technical aspects of your hosting account in a simple and centralized way. From Plesk, you can manage domains, email accounts, databases, files, SSL certificates, backups, security settings, and technologies such as ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, PHP, and Node.js.

Plesk features a user-friendly graphical interface accessible from any web browser and is designed for both non-technical users and advanced technical staff.

• WHMCS Client Area (Account Management)

WHMCS is the customer administrative panel used for billing and support management. From here, you can purchase and renew services, review and pay invoices, manage payment methods, open and track support tickets, and update your customer information.

WHMCS does not perform technical server configurations; that functionality is handled exclusively through Plesk.

This separation ensures a clear and efficient experience: Plesk for technical hosting management and WHMCS for billing and support.

No, our hosting plans do not include a free domain name. You will need to register a domain separately or use an existing one.

If you wish to purchase a domain, you are free to choose where to register it. You can register your domain with us (.com, .net, .org, and more) starting at USD $15 per year, or register it with any external domain provider of your choice.

If the domain is registered with us, we handle DNS configuration automatically. If it is registered elsewhere, we provide full assistance to correctly point DNS records or nameservers to our infrastructure, ensuring fast and hassle-free integration.

If you do not yet have a domain, we provide a temporary subdomain so you can immediately begin developing, testing, and validating your website or application before final publication.

Yes. All hosting plans include free SSL certificates provided by Let's Encrypt to ensure secure HTTPS connections for your website.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan at any time from the control panel. Any price difference is automatically prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

• Upgrades: You only pay the proportional difference.

• Downgrades: Any remaining balance is credited to your account as non-refundable credit, usable for future renewals or services.

All data remains fully intact during the plan change. Files, databases, email accounts, and configurations are preserved. Only the allocated resources such as disk space, bandwidth, email accounts, databases, etc. are adjusted according to the selected plan.

When downgrading, it is important to ensure your current resource usage fits within the new plan limits. Once requested, the change is applied automatically in Plesk with no service interruption.

Yes. Depending on the plan, you can host multiple websites within a single hosting account. Each hosting plan defines a maximum number of allowed websites based on included resources. If you need to host more websites than your plan allows, you can upgrade to a higher plan or add extra websites as paid add-ons, enabling flexible and scalable growth.

All websites are managed centrally through the same Plesk control panel while maintaining independent configurations for each site.

Yes. Our hosting plans include the Plesk AI Website Builder, allowing you to create a website quickly and easily without any technical knowledge.
