How can I close my hosting account?

1. Login to Hosting Account
2. Delete your domains
3. Make a trouble ticket, requesting the hosting account cancellation. We will appreciate if you can give us the reason of leaving so that based on feedback we can improve our services.
4. Finally, we will close your hosting account as soon as possible (typically within one business day).

NOTE: Closing your hosting account will permanently remove your profile information from Negox!
