Currently we offer customer support via
support ticket system and e-mail only. Why? Because specific customer
account information is identifiable and helps speed up resolution, we give higher priority to support tickets
generated from the Support Ticket System from the control panel.
You should log into the control panel from
Hosting
Account, go to Support Center and make a trouble ticket.
